  • Hardware diagnostics and repair

  • Software troubleshooting and installation

  • System upgrades

  • On-site and remote support (if applicable)

All services are subject to availability and the scope agreed upon during the service request.

2. Service Requests and Estimates

  • All service requests must be made through our website, phone, or in person.

  • We will provide a written or verbal estimate before performing any work.

  • Estimates are subject to change upon further inspection or discovery of additional issues.

  • You must approve any changes to the initial estimate before work continues.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, card, and bank transfer

  • Parts ordered on your behalf must be paid for in advance.

4. Data and Privacy

  • It is your responsibility to back up your data prior to any service.

  • We are not liable for any data loss or corruption during service.

  • We will not access or share any of your personal data unless required to complete the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. Warranty and Liability

​

  • We provide a 7-day warranty on labor.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts, subject to their terms.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing issues unrelated to the requested service

    • Software conflicts arising after service

    • Damage due to misuse, third-party repair, or user modification

6. Turnaround Time

​

  • Turnaround times vary based on service complexity, part availability, and workload.

  • We will provide an estimated completion time but do not guarantee it.

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a service request before work begins.

  • Refunds for services are provided only if we are unable to complete the work or at our discretion.

  • Parts are non-refundable once ordered unless defective and covered by warranty.
