The Process
Consultation
First, we’ll discuss, what you’ll be using the system for along with your ideas and performance targets.
This helps us find the right components for your needs.
We can then put together a system configuration that match your requirements and criteria.
Orders & Payment
Once you’re happy with the system configuration, payment for the components is required before we can place an order.
We order all of the components as soon as payment is received (including any supplier insurance or damage protection).
Components usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
you will receive email confirmation once everything has been ordered, and another upon arrival of all of the components.
Build Process
your system will be built and tested within 1–2 working days.
All necessary software and updates (BIOS, chipset, drivers, etc.) will be installed, so it’s ready to plug in and go.
Warranty
You can purchase warranty 3, 6 or 12 months of with us.
Manufacturer Warranty
Each individual component in the computer (such as the CPU, graphics card, RAM, motherboard, and storage drives) is produced by a separate manufacturer. These manufacturers provide their own warranty for their products. If a component becomes faulty due to a defect, the manufacturer is responsible for repairing or replacing that part under their warranty policy.
Builder Warranty
Our warranty covers the assembly and functionality of the system we built. This means if there are issues related to the build itself—such as the computer not powering on, instability, boot problems, or faults caused by installation or configuration—we will troubleshoot and resolve those issues.
In summary:
- Faulty hardware: Covered by the manufacturer of the component.
- Issues with build or operation: Covered by our system/build warranty.
